From October 2nd to 6th, join us in Kunming, China, for a transformative week designed to foster leadership, sustainability, and a startup mindset in future generations. Our LEADERSHIP Camp immerses participants in the principles of effective leadership, sustainability, and emotional intelligence while equipping them with the tools to think like entrepreneurs and drive meaningful change through innovative ventures.
At our camp, participants will:
Explore Emotional Intelligence through SEL: Just as emotions flow and change, participants will engage in activities that enhance their ability to navigate feelings and harness emotional intelligence for effective leadership. This approach helps leaders bring calm, focus, and empathy to their roles, vital skills for any successful entrepreneur or leader.
Engage in Project-Based Learning (PBL): Participants will explore the principles of sustainability and resource management through hands-on projects. By applying lessons from water filtration, decantation, and conservation, they will learn to develop sustainable business practices that can be implemented in real-world scenarios. This experience is designed to foster a startup mindset, encouraging innovative problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking.
Develop a Startup Mindset: The camp places a strong emphasis on cultivating a startup mindset, characterized by resilience, adaptability, and innovation. Participants will be challenged to identify opportunities within the sustainability sector and develop business models that align with regenerative practices.
Leverage ableNFT to Fund Entrepreneurial Ventures: Participants will be introduced to ableNFT, a pioneering platform that allows individuals to invest in regenerative projects. Through ableNFT, future entrepreneurs can secure funding for their ventures, transforming innovative ideas into impactful businesses. This integration of blockchain technology with entrepreneurship provides a sustainable financial model that supports both personal and environmental growth.
Experience Nature-Based Education: The camp includes excursions to stunning natural sites, including a 65-million-year-old river at a National Park. These experiences not only inspire awe but also reinforce the importance of integrating sustainability into leadership practices, reminding participants of their responsibility to steward natural resources wisely.
